At OneYard, we believe that any question can be answered. Below are some of the most common questions our customers asked us. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

• Do you offer samples?

  Sorry, we don’t offer color swatches/samples. We’ve tried to take the pictures as close to the actual product as possible and there is no minimum order.

• Do you ship to my country?

  We ship to 100+ countries, you can view the list on the shipping page.

• Do I need to pay customs duties?

  It's uncertain. Customs duties can vary depending on the destination country. We'll do our best to minimize the declared value to help you save on customs fees. If customs requests any documents, such as order or payment proof, please contact us to get help.

• How long is one yard?

  1 yard = 36 inches = 3 feet = 91.44 cm

• If I buy some similar colors at the same time, how do I distinguish them?

  No worries, we will label them with the color number.

• I can’t receive emails from OneYard.

  There are a few things you can do to help ensure you receive emails from us:

  • Make sure your email address is correct.
  • Check your spam/junk folders. (If you use Gmail, also check your category tabs, like Promotions)
  • Add OneYard email address - hello@oneyard.shop - to your address book/safe list.
• I don’t see the preferred fabric in your store. Can you help me find it?

  Thanks to our large local fabric market, we can try to help you find it for free, please contact us with a picture of the fabric.
